Orders, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Pawsome Avenue, every order is made with care and attention to help make your furry friend's celebration extra special. As many of our products are freshly made, personalised or prepared especially for your pet, please read our policy before placing an order.

1. Placing an Order

  • Please check all product details, personalisation, spelling, sizes and selections carefully before submitting your order.

  • For personalised products, please provide your pet's name and any other requested details accurately.

  • Some products require advance notice. Where applicable, the required notice period will be stated in the product description.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required before an order is prepared, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Payments are processed securely through the payment facilities available on our website.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

  • Changes to personalised, custom-made or already-prepared products may not be possible.

  • Once preparation has commenced, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Any refund for cancelled orders will be assessed based on the work already completed and costs incurred, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Refunds and Returns

Because many of our products are made to order, personalised or perishable, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on these items.

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide photographs where relevant.

5. Collection and Delivery

  • Please ensure you provide accurate collection or delivery details.

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

  • Please contact us promptly if you are unable to collect your order as arranged.

  • Once an order has been collected or delivered, please follow any storage instructions provided with the product.

6. Custom Cakes and Personalised Products

Custom cakes, decorated biscuits and personalised items are individually prepared. Minor variations in colour, decoration and appearance may occur.

Please double-check all names, ages, spelling and design details supplied when ordering. Pawsome Avenue cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.
